Most of our pieces are blackened by particular way of oxidizing.

Please avoid any chemical cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning.
It could lighten or remove the blackened point of the jewelry.

It is natural that the silver jewelry is tarnished in case you don't wear it for a while. You could just simply wear it or clean it with professional silver polishing cloth, then it will become shiny again. Normally we recommend the natural cleaning by just wearing it.

Silver jewelry changes its color over time due to natural oxidation.
And also, physical impact of wearing the silver jewelry will brighten the blackness after a while. It varies depending on the customer's wearing habits, environment and physical condition, making the jewelry to be the only one over time so-called natural aging.

If you need the after care service for the jewelry in the same state as the first,
we provide free after care service forever. (Round trip shipping fee not included)

We provide paid repair service for the damaged stone due to the customer,
and the cost varies depending on the type of stone.

Exchange & Return

All the pieces are hand-crafted one by one after being ordered, and all the stone we use for our picese is natural stone only.
So every piece could be slightly different one by one in its small details from the picture. This differnce cannot be the reason for the refund or exchange.

A full refund or exchange of your return could only be made when there's any defect or mistake from our production.

We provide a free size fixation service for the cusotomer's size miss-checking of the rings (round trip shipping fee excluded). The piece should be in unworn and excellent condition.
